Our Client Success Consultants are often the first point of contact between our brand, and clients.  Whether connecting with clients face to face to draw in business or via our social media platforms, we are looking for someone who is high energy, professional, and self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Having a thorough knowledge of our private chef service, Epulae Kitchen

  • Being the liaison for Epulae Kitchen between our current and potential clients in regards to the services & experiences we offer

  • Continue communication with customers that are secured through your role

  • Ability to be self motivated to find and take advantage of any leads

  • Meeting monthly minimums of bookings for Epulae Kitchen

  • Preparing a monthly recap on all potential and secured clients for review 

  • Working with F&B team to gain thorough understanding of our current menu offers

  • Available to make team meetings and menu tastings


Qualifications/Skills

  • Self Motivate & Ambitious

  • Organized

  • Bachelors in Marketing/Sales or job experience equivalent 

  • Experience in luxury goods sales is a plus

  • Communication Skills

  • Time-Management Skills

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Gig Servers. As a Gig Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by delivering exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work at various events throughout the year.

Job Responsibilities​

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including table and chair arrangements, decorations, and other necessary preparations

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables, and tidying up as needed

  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or inquiries

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all event details

  • Uphold company standards for hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction at all times

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role required

  • Experience in upscale to fine dining setting preferred but not required

  • Basic bartending and/or wine knowledge preferred but not required

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Reliable transportation to and from event locations

  • Must be at least 18 years old
