EK Dinner Pop-Up at The Darwin Hotel

We're returning to The Darwin Hotel, and this time, dinner is our domain! If you've experienced the culinary magic of our E.K.Collabs.x dinners, joined us for our brunch residency last Fall or enjoyed the delights of a private chef experience in your own home, you're already familiar with the innovative flair of our Executive Chef, Jeff "Cheffrey" Thomas. Get ready for an evening of culinary creativity as Chef Cheffrey crafts a menu sure to tantalize your taste buds!

Red Shrimp Tacos (2) - spicy corn salsa, cabbage, guacamole, bang bang sauce

Crispy Chicken Salad - roasted corn, arugula, tomato, ranch vinaigrette, parmesan

Miso Smoke Salmon - scallion jeera, crispy rice, corn, miso aioli

Shrimp Scampi - Linguine, roasted tomatoes, garlic butter, shaved parmesan
