Join us for an enchanting evening that beautifully blends the rich, vibrant culture of Liberia with the timeless elegance of Italy. "A Liberian Girl in Italy" is an intimate cocktail dinner designed to transport you on a sensory journey through these two diverse yet harmonious worlds.

Epulae Kitchen's Executive Chef Jeff "Cheffrey" Thomas, has taken Keyatta's vision, and turned it into a sumptuous 4-course dinner that will be paired with 5 - cocktails curated by Keyatta.

Cocktail pairings will showcase Amaro Georgiano, the amaro Keyatta, and her team created with Simple Man Distillery, and enjoy a beautiful merge of classic Italian cocktails and modern Liberian-inspired tends.

Attire: Cocktail Attire with a Touch of Cultural Flair

Cocktail hour begins at 6pm

Dinner will be seated promptly at 7pm


Course 1

Kala: fried Pastry. cacio pepe boursin. basil. parsley ajito. pepper sofrito

Course 2

Crab: yuca gnocchi. gruyere. cassava leaf pistou.

Course 3

Halibut: pepper sauce. taro pureé. micro herb salad.

Course 4

Tiramisu:  port wine - candied cherries. citrus. amaro. mascarpone zabaione. sponge biscuit.
