Created by Keyatta Mincey Parker, an award-winning mixologist and Chef Jeffrey Thomas, a celebrated chef and innovator, in partnership with Epulae Kitchen, this event is a bold exploration of flavor, tradition, and storytelling through food and drink.
Guests will embark on a sensory journey where West African spices meet Southeast Asian techniques, reimagining heritage through masterfully crafted dishes and inventive cocktails.
Our dinner will be set against the beautiful backdrop of the Watson Gallery at the Distillery of Modern Arts.
